Announcing the winners of “Velomarathon” photo contest

The organizer of the first Vilnius “Velomarathon” – National Automobile Club wants to thank all photographers who took photos of this event that attracted more than two thousand participants. Also we would like to announce the winners of photo contest. The best photos were picked with the help of Remigijus Zolubas, who is Vilnius academy of arts docent and a well known photographer.

Information regarding to photo contest results

We want to thank everyone who sent photos for the contest from the first Vilnius “Velomarathon”! We also inform that the best photos will be voted by organizer’s committee and the winners will be announced on the website on October 1^st. Testimonial for “Velomarathon” organizer

A testimonial by Vilnius city municipality was presented for the organizer of the first Vilnius “Velomarathon” – National automobile club director Benediktas Vanagas. A testimonial for the initiative and creation of the new healthy lifestyle traditions was presented by the Deputy Mayor – Gintautas Babravičius. “Velomarathon” consisted of three different heats for children, hobbyists and sportsmen/sportswomen that attracted more than two thousand cycling enthusiasts from all around Lithuania and foreign countries.

Official “Velomarathon” results

Organizers of the first Vilnius “Velomarathon” inform that the meeting of supreme judge and the judges is over. All the requests, complaints and protests were scrutinized and the official results were confirmed during the meeting. You may find official results on the website in the “Results” section.

Official results will be published on the 2nd of September

Vilnius“Velomarathon” organizers inform that the official sport group competition results will be published on the 2^nd of September (Wednesday) at 16:00. Final standings will be confirmed in a meeting by the judges of “Velomarathon” after scrutinizing the rest of the protests. We remind you that the deadline of presenting protests was August 31^st.
